Frequently Asked Questions

Q01How do I check in?
A

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Before arrival, we will send the booker details of the check-in location, identity-verification procedure, directions to the house, and a smart-lock code valid for the stay. Follow those instructions, then enter the code on the keypad at the house.

Q02Is there a physical key?
A

There is no in-person handover of a physical key. Use the smart-lock code sent before arrival, and do not share it with anyone who is not included in the reservation.

Q03Is the check-in location the same as the house?
A

No. They are in different places. Before arrival, we will send the booker details of the check-in location, reception and identity-verification procedure, and directions to the house.

Q04Is there a bathroom inside the house?
A

A private bathroom is available. Guests are also invited to use a nearby local public bath, and a bath ticket is included in the accommodation price. Please follow the bathhouse rules, etiquette, opening hours, and closure dates. Unused bath tickets are non-refundable.

Q05How many guests can stay?
A

The house accommodates up to 5 guests. Anyone not included in the reservation may not enter or stay at the house.

Q06Can children stay?
A

Yes. A parent or accompanying adult is responsible for the child's safety, proper use of the facilities and equipment, and prevention of excessive noise.

Q07Can I leave my luggage at the property or send it there in advance?
A

As a rule, we do not store luggage before check-in or after check-out, or receive deliveries. We can only assist when the property has approved an individual request, so please contact us in advance.

Q08Is parking available?
A

We do not have a private parking lot. We will provide information about nearby paid parking facilities.

Q09What is the cancellation policy?
A

For bookings made through an OTA, that OTA's cancellation, refund, change, and payment rules take precedence. For direct bookings, the guideline is 30% from three days before arrival, 50% on the day before arrival, and 100% on the day of arrival or for a no-show. Please confirm the applicable terms before booking.
