Q01How do I check in?
We will email the booker a smart-lock access code before arrival. On the day of check-in, enter the code on the keypad at the house.
Q02Is there a physical key?
No physical key is handed over. You will enter the house using the smart-lock code sent before arrival.
Q03Is the check-in location the same as the house?
No. They are in different places. Detailed check-in instructions and directions to the house will be sent before arrival.
Q04Is there a bathroom inside the house?
A private bathroom is available, but our guests are generally encouraged to enjoy the local public bathhouse located next to the accommodation. Instructions and opening hours will be provided to guests before their stay.
Q05How many guests can stay?
The house accommodates up to 5 guests.
Q06Can children stay?
Age requirements and bedding arrangements are still being confirmed. Final conditions will be shown on the booking page before reservations open.
Q07Can I leave my luggage at the property or send it there in advance?
