We may collect the names, addresses, contact details, stay dates, and number of guests for a reservation, together with legally required guest information. Foreign nationals without an address in Japan are asked to provide their nationality and passport number, present their passport, and allow us to take a copy.
3. How information is used
Information may be used for reservation management, identity checks, arrival instructions, emergency contact, legally required guest records, and service improvement.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law, necessary to protect life, health, or property, or necessary to engage service providers for reservations, payment, or accommodation operations. We appropriately manage and supervise service providers handling personal information on our behalf.
5. Security and retention
We take appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure of personal information. We retain personal information for the period needed to fulfill the purposes described above and for periods required by applicable law, then delete or dispose of it appropriately.
